Why is registration required for Find My Airfare?
Registration allows Find My Airfare to keep track of the owners of each quote so that we can notify you when we have
received your quotes. Your details will never be shared with any third parties without your permission.
What is my frequent flyer information used for?
By telling Find My Airfare which airline frequent flyer programs you belong to, we can create
itineraries that maximise the earning of frequent flyer points. We do not share this information with any third parties.
Quotes
If the "Dates Flexible" box is selected, how far away from the original date will be searched?
Find My Airfare will search 1 day before and 1 day after each sector to see if we can find a cheaper airfare. If
want us to spread our search further, let us know in the comments box.
What is the difference between a Normal Quote and a Quick Quote?
In a Normal Quote we will search for available airfares and then compile an itinerary for you to
review before sending the itinerary out to the Find My Airfare travel agent network. In a Quick Quote we will compile an
itinerary and send it straight to the Find My Airfare travel agent network. If the Quick Quote itinerary does not suit your needs
you will need to submit a new quote.
What is the difference between Find me the cheapest available airfare, Find me the most direct routing and Maximise the number of frequent flyer points I can earn?
Using a return airfare from Sydney to London as an example:
- Find me the cheapest available airfare - The cheapest available airfare may be with Lufthansa, which requires you to change planes in Singapore and Frankfurt
- Find me the most direct routing - The most direct routing may be with Qantas, which offers a direct, 1-stop flight to London
- Maximise the number of frequent flyer points I can earn - If you are a Singapore Airlines Krisworld member, we will find you the cheapest itinerary that utilises Singapore Airlines or any other Star Alliance airline
How long does it take for quotes to be available?
Find My Airfare will compile an itinerary for you within 24 hours for you to review. Where available a
quote for an online travel agent will be provided. If you prefer to deal with a traditional travel agent or no online quote is
available, you will be given the opportunity to send the itinerary to the Find My Airfare travel agent network. Travel
agents are given 1 full business day to respond to the quote.
Why is only 1 itinerary provided?
The itinerary that we provide you is the best available itinerary based on the information you have provided to us.
If for some reason you do not like the itinerary that we have compiled for you, let us know in the comments box and we will adjust the itinerary
to suit your needs. Once you are happy with the itinerary, you can submit it to the Find My Airfare travel agent network to obtain a price.
Does submitting an itinerary to the Find My Airfare travel agent network commit me to buying that airfare?
No, submitting the itinerary to the Find My Airfare travel agent network does not commit you to buying the airfare. Submitting the
itinerary to the Find My Airfare travel agent network simply sends your itinerary to be priced. Once you receive the price you will have the option to purchase
the airfare if you are happy with it.
How many quotes will be returned?
You will be presented with a maximum of 3 quotes:
- Cheapest quote from a travel agent in your state or has a national toll-free phone number
- Cheapest quote from a travel agent interstate
- Cheapest quote from an online travel agent
You will only receive quotes in each category if quotes are submitted and/or available.
Are all quotes received by Find My Airfare shown?
At Find My Airfare we believe that travel agents that can offer the best prices should be rewarded
with your business. For this reason we only provide you with the details of the travel agent with the best price in each category.
Why does nothing happen when I click on "Get Travel Agent Contact Details"?
Please make sure you have pop-up windows enabled. You may need to temporarily disable any ad blocking
software you have installed.
Why are the travel agent details not on the same screen as the price?
This is done intentionally to prevent quotes obtained by Find My Airfare being used for "price beat guarantees".
Use of Find My Airfare quotes for such purpose is strictly permitted under the Terms of Use. At Find My Airfare we believe that
travel agents that are able to offer the best price upfront deserve your business as it is these travel agents that will keep
prices competitive in the long-run.
If I am happy with the itinerary and the price, how do I get the airfare?
There are 2 options to purchase the airfare. The first and preferred option is to submit your details
including all passenger names via Find My Airfare. This ensures that the travel agent has the correct spelling for all passengers names.
Once the travel agent receives your details, the travel agent will contact you to confirm everything and to arrange payment.
The second option is to contact the agent directly. You will be given the travel agent's contact information.
For online quotes, you will be given a link to make the booking.
I have contacted the travel agent that offered the best price, but now they are telling me it is going to cost more. What should I do?
Contact Find My Airfare and we will see if any other travel agent is able to offer the airfare at their
original price. Find My Airfare will not tolerate any travel agent that quotes misleading prices and will take appropriate action.
In some cases though, the prices will have changed for all travel agents due to a change in the availability. Find My Airfare
can advise you if that is the case.
I want to book with an online travel agency, but the link you have provided me takes me to something strange like kqzyfj.com. Are these links legitimate?
Yes, these links are legitimate. Find My Airfare receives a small commission for bookings made through
these links. Make sure that when you are providing any credit details that the website is the website of the online travel agent (e.g. Expedia).
I have received my quotes, but I now want the dates changed. Do I need to submit another quote?
In some cases, date changes will not affect the price if there is sufficient availability. Please check
with the travel agent to see if it is possible. If the travel agent advises that a date change would result in a significant price change
you may want to resubmit the quote to see if another travel agent can provide the revised itinerary at a better price.

Is Find My Airfare a travel agent?
No, Find My Airfare is not a travel agent. The role of Find My Airfare is to find a travel agent
for you. All airfares are issued by licenced travel agents.
How much do I have to pay for this service?
Absolutely nothing! Find My Airfare derives its income from travel agents and selling affiliate products such
as hotel accommodation and travel insurance. Your support of our affiliates ensures Find My Airfare's ongoing financial viability.
Why should I use Find My Airfare?
Find My Airfare has an extensive network of travel agents to find you the best airfare. Using our
knowledge of the best airfares available we can save me a lot of money compared to if you just visited a few of your local travel
agents. Best of all, this service is completely free!

Do I need a visa to enter the country I am travelling to?
Different countries have different visa requirements. You should also contact the country's embassy or
consulate before travelling to ensure you have all the necessary visa. The

Can I earn frequent flyer points for my trip?
It depends on the airline that you are travelling with. The itinerary that has been compiled for you

Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Medical costs in certain countries can be very expensive and
